Our Mission
Helping Churches Disciple the Nations
M28 is an alliance of churches and ministries called to reach the world with the good news of Jesus Christ and to help each other disciple the nations. M28 stands for the “Great Commission” Bible verses found in Matthew 28, which form the foundation of our Alliance.
By God’s grace, we will work together with a common bond of Christian mission and unity. The M28 Alliance will engage leaders in this mission by calling them courageously, equipping them strategically and by supporting them lovingly.
“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”

What We Believe
The M28 Alliance is firm in its commitment to begin and continue our Alliance with an affirmation of our historical shared New Testament beliefs, values and practices. Our most precious understandings and beliefs all rest upon our conviction that the Creator has chosen to reveal Truth to His creation through a book. In that book God speaks about Himself, about our purpose and relationship with Him, about His acts in history and about the future judgment and eternity that every human being will experience.
Our doctrines, our values, and the practices to which we aspire, all flow from this belief about the Scriptures. In conjunction with our shared history and caring relationships, we see these documents as a primary uniting factor of our Alliance.

How To Join
How to become a member of the M28 Alliance
A church or ministry becomes a member of the M28 Alliance when its leaders have committed to investing in M28 through:
- Initiating — Meet with an M28 Board member for an initial interview, explanation and assessment.
- Joining — Read, agree with and sign the M28 Alliance Covenant, as well as affirming and agreeing with the M28 Statement of Faith, M28 Core Values and M28 Biblical Understandings documents.
- Connecting — Join an M28 Oversight Ministry to become part of a relational circle of leaders (Talk to M28 Board members about this).
- Supporting — Give 10% of your church or ministry income to the M28 Alliance.
- Participating — Commit to faithful involvement in M28 events at every level: leadership events, conferences and retreats for leaders and church members.
